what resolutions does that 8800 GTX go to?

whats the biggest monitor that an 8800 gtx could run anextgen game on at max settings, n vidia says its powerfull enough to run the newest games at the highest resolutions but with the native resoluction of a 30 inch monitor being 2560x1600, could it handle a new game like bioshock at that without slow down? While this is all just conjecture because you dont know the wrest of the system or the bioshock requirements, (but think quad core and 4 gig of ram, no other bottlenecks), is their such a thing as a monitor thats too big, and would i be better off with a 24 or 26 inch?what resolutions does that 8800 GTX go to?
you should be able to max out those games on a 30inch monitorwith 30-40 FPS depending on how much memory you have and your processorwhat resolutions does that 8800 GTX go to?
hmm... Going over 1920x1200 doesn't make much sense to me, and how many games will even support resolutions greater than that?

If you have a 8800GTX and a resolution less than 1920x1200,you have OVERKILL.

graphics cards support such high res that you really never have to worry about it, i think it will be able to handle a 30 inch depending on the game you should get a healthy fps.
30'' Widescreen LCD @ 2560x1600.

A single GTX can drive a 2560x1600 monitor with over 30FPS provided you have a fast/powerful CPU pushing it. The second GTX doesn't get you double the speed - perhaps 30-50% more depending on the application. For example, Doom3 timedemo at 2560x1600 with 4xAA and high textures does about 90fps. SLI does 140.
