well im on a budget of 700$ and i need to build a pc that can come as close as possible to max out wow and guild wars. im kinda a noob at building pcs so i need some help. o and 700$ is including the moniter ,keyboard,mouse ect ect ( i do not need nor want a really powerful gaming pc i just want a decent one that can come close to maxing out wow and guild wars also i will be using windows vista.)need help building pc

That is a 800$ comp he needs a 700$ one... just get a 10$ case and get like a X1950PRO / X1950GT
