Please help me build a great gaming computer.........

ok, so i heard there is a massive price drop in July. Recently my aunt offered to give me $700-800 *for a PC and monitor*, my dad offered to buy me a graphics card (so like $250). And i can pitch in $100, so what is the best PC i can build w/ monitor for $1000, to $1150/1200?Please help me build a great gaming computer.........
