New Rig, Buying today or tomorrow.

I have a budget of around $1400 w/o monitor and OS. CPU : Intel e6600Motherboard: Asus P5k Deluxe P35 chipsetCase: AeroCool ZeroDegree
PSU: XCILO 650wVideo Card: HIS HD2900XTRAM: Corsair Dominator 2GBHDD: Seagate 320GBHSF: Zalman Cu-7700 LED (red)Fans: 3x Apevia 120mm (Red)So does everything look good? New Rig, Buying today or tomorrow.

I initially thought you were because it said in the Title that you were buyinganyway, everything looks good except the video card, and maybe the power supplyanyway, im pretty sure this PSU fromOCZ is really good, should be enough for your system http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341010 also, I'd recommend an 8800 GTX instead of that GFX card

Case and PSU have to go.
