So my budget is $1100-1250. I want to include the monitor in that price too. So assuming the price drops, what parts should i buy?Come July 22nd i want to build my first PC........

Okay wtf why did you give him a 17'' moniter he atleast needs a 19''.
And his keyboard and mouse alone come to $100... Thats too much... Cut the price down, get the cheaper set of keyboard and mouse and the money you save go for a 19'' LCD
