Should I keep this PSU when I upgrade?

I'm planning an upgrade, and I'm just wondering if I should keep my 350w PSU, or get a new one. I'm upgrading the following: - Asus P5GD1 mobo- Intel P4 3.0 Ghz HT- Corsair 1GB DDR1 400Mhz
-----------------------------------------I plan to upgrade to:- Asus P5VD2 mobo- Intel Core2 E4300 64Bit- Kingston 2GB DDR2 533Mhz -----------------------------------------I plan to only upgrade those three things, and keep the rest. My current 350w PSU has never given me any problems, so I should I really worry about upgrading for this, or will I still be okay?Should I keep this PSU when I upgrade?
Get a new supply. Why spend $$ on quality parts and have them running on an old P.S.U., besides many new Video cards require stronger power supplies.Should I keep this PSU when I upgrade?

Actually it only needs a 250w really but yea with a 7600GT a 350w is fine.
p4 = no
I figure I'll just toss my question into this thread since it's related.

I am currently using a Seasonic SuperSilencer 400W PSU. I'm planning an upgrade from this system:

- AMD Athlon 64 (Socket 754) 3000+

- 1GB PC-3200 DDR

- 2x SATA HDDs, 1x PATA DVD-RW

- Radeon 9800 Pro

- 2x 120mm case fans, 1x PCI slot fan

To this one:

- Intel Core2Duo E4300

- 2GB PC-6400 DDR2

- 2x SATA HDDs, 1x PATA DVD-RW (same as above)

- Radeon X1950 XT

- 2x 120mm case fans, 1x PCI slot fan

I plan on overclocking the E4300 pretty much as far as I can take it before heat, noise and stability become an issue (I'm aiming for at least 3GHz). Any advice regarding the PSU? Thanks.
It's fine, Seasonic makes great stuff. :)
