how's this liquid cooling system from cooler master?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103017 just wondering, how good is it, how do you install it, and would it make my system really good for overclocking?how's this liquid cooling system from cooler master?
I can't recommend the usage of watercooling kits...
Kits are usually bested by high-end aircooling.If you really want watercooling, the best way to go is custom.how's this liquid cooling system from cooler master?

air cooling = heatsink and fan.

This and this are the top 2 air-coolers. Way better than water cooling, unless you are willing to do the water cooling right.

Well the first on does not include a fan, but the Tuniq Tower does, and it is a pretty good fan.
