Okay,I was thinking about upgrading my computers GPU,right now my processor is a Intel Celeron D 352/ 3.20GHz/ 533MHz/ 512kb Cache, and my GPU is a ATI Radeon 200 express,i was wondering if the ATI Radeon CrossFire Edition X1950 graphics card would be a good choice.Would this work/how good would it be
not really because you powersupply probaly isn't good enough and the celeron D's are terrible processors for gamesWould this work/how good would it be
The Crossfire edition would be a terrible choice, since I highly doubt your system supports Crossfire. Not to mention you being on a rather old processor - speaking of that processor, are you sure you can buy an X1950XT anyway? Your computer sounds pretty old - I doubt you can buy a PCI-e card with that machine.
Its a low end Emachines bout 1 year old, butanywayyou answered my question thanks!

At any rate, we'll need the rest of the specs on your computer before you proceed too much further. Power supply wattage? Available graphics slots? Amount of RAM? Motherboard make/model?
i have no clue,i'll probably just build my own computer
