Case fans vs. aftermarket CPU cooling..

Hey, right now I have an additional $150CND to spend and I was looking to update some of the extra parts on my computer. I am upgrading to the OCZ StealthXstream 600W PSU which will cost me $95 and i'm nto sure what to spend the rest on for better cooling. My case has room for 2 80x80mm fans and 1 120x120mm fan. I was wondering if I should buy 3 fans for it, or buy for an aftermarket cooler for my CPU for around $50-60? Whats your take on it? As much as I like to think I know about computers, I know very little of cooling.. Also does fan brand matter at all?Case fans vs. aftermarket CPU cooling..

get the CPU fan, its the most important thing that needs to be cooled, way more important then case fans.
Any recommendations? I am shopping from Canada Computers. If you or someone could pick out the best CPU fan for my budget of $160-95(for PUS)= $65CND. I have a socket LGA775 motherboard.
