Please help now!!!

man im panicing right now!!! i accidentally snaped a cd!!! from the midde to outside!! the cd is still in 1 pice but can anyone tell me if this can be fixed!!?!?!?!? this dixk is important to me ....please help!!!!Please help now!!!
This is kind of a cheap fix, but it may work out, I had an audio CD once that I did that too and it still played with some skipping at that point but all the audio was still there. So take some tape, maybe masking tape or scotch tape and try to keep the CD together the best you can at that point by placing tape on the label side. This will keep the CD on the same level when spinning. Now, you're going to want to backup this CD, so I suggest Alcohol 120% for the job, it'll take it's time and attempt to read every sector.

Download the trial, install it, once you have it installed use the ''Image Making Wizard''. Select the drive you are going to use and make sure you set the read speed to 1x, the slow the disc spins the better it will stay in one piece. Make sure ''Skip Reading Errors'' is on, this will make sure if it reads a bad sector it will try to read it again before going on. Select what kind disc it is on the drop down list that says ''Datatype'' and then go to the next step. Select where you want save the disc image and that start the reading process. Hopefully this will read the whole disc but it'll probably take a long time. If you do get a successful image, just use the ''Image Burning Wizard'' to burn your newly made image onto a blank.

That's what I would do, good luck, sucks when crap like that happens. Please help now!!!
thanks you very much
if that does not work, And the top is still intact. Try going to your local Gamecrazy if you have one and have them re-serface the CD, Most locations still do.
